to the chain. Only the business owner of the form OR the submitter is able to decrypt and read the data.
To try it out just fill in the form field and then press the blue "upload" button. A Transaction ID will show below the buttons indicating that the data has been submitted to the chain.
After a while you can retrieve the data with the green "download" button.
