• It (the hand) is assigned exclusively to the signatory
• It enables the identification of the signer – even more if eID or Blockchain Authentication is enabled for the form
• It is created with technologies (the hand), that the signatory can keep under its sole control
• It is linked to the data to which it relates in such a way that a subsequent change is detected through additional server side digital signatures and timestamps
